19 марта 2016 года прошли десятые юбилейные соревнования на лямпах и лызях "Лямпиада". На соревнованиях участвовали более 700 человек практически со всех городов и районов Республики Коми, в том числе молодёж Республики Коми.
"Спорт - это очень здорово, это движение, которое наполняет нас силой и жизненной энергией, это залог качественного долголетия. А когда спорт объединяется с традициями и национальным колоритом - это вдвойне приятно и зрелищно. И "Лямпиада" - тому наглядный пример". - Сергей Гапликов.
